You may withdraw classes and arrange for a makeup session up to 12 hours prior to the missed class via your student account.

Makeup for term course(s) must be done within the same term;
Makeup for practice and workshops within 1 month from withdrawal date.
Unused credits will expire without further notice.

Note that you may choose a makeup class that is of the same or lower class skill level or price value.

Any persons unable to complete their course due to illness or injury must inform us here with a medical certificate for review, before the term course ends. Refunds or credit notes will only be given in exceptional cases, at studio’s discretion. No refunds of missed classes. Package rate will not apply for refund cases. You understand that refunds, or the transfers of fees to another term and/or other students, will not be granted in any circumstances except as specifically stated in the Terms and Conditions.
